PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service, this includes our ISP service, (which we no longer support)

For our ISP service we do not have, nor have the intention, of using any technology to track your browsing habbits. We collect some details which allows us to know, how many people want the service and to give us an idea of where they are from. (We no longer provide this service)

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email, or postal mail, from us & we will NOT pass any data onto any other trader, or person at any time.

The type of information we will collect about you includes (but is not limited to):

your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card/bank details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing the webmaster, if it is site, or isp related or by emailing Jon if it is product related. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Please note I (Mike Brook/Webmaster) have deleted all data on anyone how signed up for the ISP.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and within the (UK) law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. Though it is very unlikely that we will want to do any business oversea.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.(we do not currently use cookies, nor do we have any intention to)

The 'cookies' we may use, do/will not pass any information onto us, and are stored on your local machine, these cookies are used to count how many times you have visited the site and for the calendar to function. There are also used in some areas of the fun stuff section of the site. (These functions are not available at present and may not be implimented again in the future.)

The personal infomation kept in these cookies are limited to your forname, unless you use the calendar functions, which stores all infomation in a cookie. If you delete these cookies from your hard drive, you will not be able to obtain the information in them, and the online calendar will be cleared, if you go to use it again.(These functions are not available at present and may not be implimented again in the future.)

You can not obtain any infomation entered into the calender from another computer. The information will only be stored on the computer used to input it only. (These functions are not available at present and may not be implimented again in the future.)

Please Note: We have not registered with the Which Web Trader scheme as we do not trade directly online as specified in their rules. We do though agree with their privacy policy, and will apply when we do direct business from this site.
